Jill is chill. Actually, that is a lie. Jill does her best to appear chill in spite of the numerous daily worries swirling inside her like a funnel cloud.
She tried that jacket on with 500 shirts and scarves before settling on the one, and she'll tell people "this, oh I just threw it on." Though the slightly off yellow of the scarf and bag will haunt her all day.
Never tell Jill to "calm down." I made this mistake once when we were setting up for the bake sale, and she fretted about Martha's lumpy banana bread. She insisted we display only the most attractive items. She said she'd buy the misshapen ones herself just to keep them out of sight. She didn't speak to me the rest of the day.
The mismatched yellows look phenomenal to an outsider but if I were Jill, my inner eye would be twitching too!
